Directions For Use

To use, scrape a small amount of your cake eyeliner onto a makeup palette using a makeup spatula. Add a drop of Cake Eyeliner Sealer to the Cake Eyeliner and mix the products until the makeup reaches a creamy consistency. Apply the mixed cake eyeliner using an eye liner brush.
