In Store Pickup

We recommend that you read our In Store Pickup policies before placing an order on our site. We strictly adhere to our In Store Pickup policies and we do not make exceptions to the policies.

In Store Pickup allows you to make purchases on EmbellishFX.com and pick them up in our Ocoee, Florida (Orlando) retail store. Orders are generally available within 1 hour, but you will receive a "Ready For Pickup" notification as soon as the order is prepared. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

We require your valid government issued photo ID that matches the name on your order, so please ensure that you have valid ID before placing an In Store Pickup order. We will not release any order where a valid matching photo ID is not presented. Embellish FX reserves the right to take a copy or image of you and your photo ID for In Store Pickup orders.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, you can designate someone else to pick up your order by emailing hello@embellishfx.com with your Name, Order Number, and the name of the person that will be picking up the order. Please note, the designated person will also need to provide their valid government issued photo ID to pick up the order.

I'M NO LONGER ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER, CAN YOU SHIP IT?

Yes, we can ship the order, however, depending on the value of the order, shipping charges may apply. If you need an order shipped, please email hello@embellishfx.com with your name, order number, and shipping address, and we will provide you with information including any applicable shipping charges to ship your order.
