Shipping Policy
Embellish FX ships orders from Orlando, Florida, the same day they are received as long as the order is placed by 2pm ET on weekdays and 12pm ET on Saturdays. We ship every day Monday through Saturday. Embellish FX is closed on every federal holiday, so if your order is placed on a federal holiday, it will ship on the next business day. We offer shipping services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
All orders over $75.00 will ship for free via our standard shipping, lowest cost option. We also offer certain products as Free Shipping items even when the price is below $75.00 and you can browse these items HERE. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, that will be the default option presented to you at checkout. We will also present you with additional expedited shipping options (Priority Mail, 2nd Day, and Overnight) along with the price for each shipping option. Please note that while we provide approximate delivery dates at checkout, we provide these dates as a courtesy and we only guarantee delivery dates for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping services since only those services have guaranteed delivery dates from the shipping carrier.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and a link to track your package via email.
Returns Policy
We understand that from time to time, products do not meet your needs and you need to return items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so items may be returned in their unused, unopened, original condition with all original packaging and product inserts within 30 days of your order date (this applies both online and in store). Any used or opened products may not be returned. Makeup samples and clearance merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange. Outbound shipping charges are not refundable. If your purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you return it, our outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. Return shipping charges are your responsibility and you may purchase your own postage or we can provide a prepaid shipping label to you. If you would like us to provide a shipping label, we will send you a link to pay for the return shipping charge. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may be assessed on your return. If you receive an incorrect product that we have shipped in error, we will provide you with a return label for the incorrect product and we will ship the correct product to you at no additional charge. If you believe the product you received is defective or damaged, then please contact us using the link below with the details about the product and what is defective about the product. Please note that disliking a color or consistency of a makeup product is not a product defect, so we will not accept defective claims in these scenarios. Please keep all shipping containers and packaging as we may request photos of these items for your claim. Once we authorize a return, your return package must be mailed within 5 business days for the return authorization to remain in effect. Any returns not shipped within the 5 day period may be refused in our sole discretion.

Please note that any unauthorized returns may be refused and if your return is refused we will give you the option to have the package returned to you at your cost. If we refuse your return and you do not provide postage to return the package to you, we will dispose of the package with no compensation to you.
