Color Separation

I got my package in a timely manner and it was exactly what I wanted. However, I noticed the hair coloring separates really fast. I'm not sure the cause of this, it seems to separate faster than any coloring I've used before. After shaking for about 30 seconds, it goes back to normal. I'm not sure if this is a factory issue or a formula issue. Either way, Embelish FX was easy to use and communicate with.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I purchased this hair color to use as part of a hair / make up look for a stage production. My hair is naturally brown, but I wanted to add silvery grey highlights to age myself for a role. This product was easy to apply with a tooth brush, it dried fairly quickly (allowing me to style my hair), and didn't seem to rub off easily once sprayed with a generous layer of hairspray. Photos taken of the production confirm that this product did, indeed, help me achieve the "aged" look that I wanted... You could definitely see the silver grey from the audience. After a show, the hair color was easy to remove by simply washing my hair. It left no stains on my clothing, skin, or sink that could kot be removed with water. If I need hair color for the stage in the future, I will be sure to consider products from Ben Nye.

My one suggestion is to add some sort of pouring spout to the bottle of hair dye. I would pour our small amounts of color into a shallow container to apply each time, and inevitably the dye would run down the side of the bottle, making a mess and wasting product.
