I have VERY oily skin. I wanted something Fo help my daily makeup wear. I soak a cotton pad w/ this stuff & let it dries. Note: your face will feel slightly stiff. It holds up makeup well.
First of all let me say that this skin prep is so Good! I didn't think it would work so good but it sure does stay on, make-up looks good and no sweat 💦
