Lit Cosmetics Vegan Electric Shine UV Glitter is a blend of pure pigment powder and shade shift mica that magically comes alive both day and night. In the light, the loose pigment displays hints of sparkle in a silky soft way and at night, these will glow vibrantly under black light (UV). Lit Cosmetics Vegan Electric Shine UV Glitter can be applied wet using Glitter Base (see below) or dry over makeup primer. When Lit Cosmetics Vegan Electric Shine UV Glitter is used over a White shadow or eyeliner base, the shade will brighten.
